Whether using passenger side control or driver side control, when we try to raise the window to the top (closed), it gets there but then suddenly lowers to half way. Don't even start to budge. Seems like the motor has gone but it isn't. I bought a used window motor which included the scissor lift and the window switch for the rear door.When the armrest tray is out, disconnect the two electrical connectors and sit the tray aside. Pry the trim ring and back plate off the door handle and set aside. Next, starting at the lower rear corner, pry the door panel outward.
